Access to the flat is through the superb entrance hall of the building. The flat is part of the first floor. It was completely refurbished in 2007 using traditional Venetian materials and techniques. It is on two floors (see plan), joined by elegant wooden stairs, and can sleep 4/5 persons. On the first floor there is a large living room with a fitted kitchen along one of its walls and a comfortable sofa where to relax after a day out, a bathroom with marble floor and walls. A few steps of the flight of stairs lead to the loft with a double sofa bed. Three more steps climb to the second floor where there is a large bedroom, with an adjoining wardrobe room. A second bathroom with shower and a storeroom are also on this floor. The flat is equipped with central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, TV, ADSL Internet connection, pans and pots, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bedlinen, duvets and towels are provided. Cleaning service on request. |
